The Sixth Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) Meeting of the AJCCBC project was held on 4 March 2026 and chaired by AVM Amorn Chomchoey, Secretary General of the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA), who delivered opening remarks along with Mr. Sakudo Shinsuke, Chief Representative, JICA Thailand Office.
The meeting welcome representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Japan, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) of Japan, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Headquarter, JICA Indonesia and JICA Thailand Office, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) of Thailand, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Department of ASEAN Affairs, Thailand.
The meeting reviewed the project’s achievements over the past six months (September 2025 – February 2026) and endorsed the workplan for the final year of implementation.
Convened every six months, the JCC Meeting marked the conclusion of the project’s third year. As of February 2026, AJCCBC welcomed more than 3,000 cybersecurity professionals and enthusiasts to its events.
