On Friday, 22 August 2025, Captain Sirinate Rugvong, Special Expert, the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) of Thailand presided over the closing ceremony of the 38th AJCCBC Cybersecurity Technical Training – J15, focusing on Cyber Defense Exercise with Recurrence (CYDER) and Malware Analysis.
The training was held from 18 – 22 August 2025, with a strong emphasis on technical exercises. The CYDER training session also introduced new content with a greater focus on Ransomware.
During the ceremony, certificates of completion were presented to participants from ASEAN member countries by Captain Sirinate as well as representatives from AJCCBC and the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), Japan
On the same day, a networking event, hosted by NCSA, was also organized to foster relationships and build a cybersecurity network among ASEAN professionals. The goal was to encourage future collaboration, information sharing, and mutual support among cybersecurity professionals in the region.
