
AJCCBC recently wrapped up our 31st Cybersecurity Technical Training, held from 19 to 23 August 2024! The training was packed with in-depth sessions on advanced-level network forensics, aimed at empowering cybersecurity experts to enhance their skills and share their knowledge with their organizations and countries.
The event kicked off with opening remarks from Major General Teerawut Wittayakorn, Deputy Secretary General of the NCSA, and H.E. Naoki Kumagai, Japan’s Ambassador for Cyber Policy and Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Policy Bureau.
This 5-day intensive training welcomed in total 19 trainees from the ASEAN countries. The training did not only focus on technical skills but also served as a platform for cybersecurity professionals within the region to strengthen their networks through group activities and a networking session hosted by the NCSA with Captain Sirinate Rugvong, NCSA’s Special Expert as the chair.
