Another Successful OT Security Training Completed!
On 25 July 2025, Major General Teerawut Wittayakorn, the Deputy Secretary General, NCSA delivered closing remarks to officially conclude another successful training programme – Operational Technology (OT) Security Training after its inception on 21 July.
The training programme was a joint venture between AJCCBC and the Industrial Cyber Security Center of Excellence (ICSCoE), Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), Japan. The initiative brought together 18 participants from ASEAN Member States, all bringing diverse backgrounds in IT and OT.
Participants gained valuable, hands-on experience in securing and managing OT systems through a mix of lectures, interactive workshops, and practical exercises using PID control training kit, firewalls, and web cameras. They also gained key insights into penetration testing within OT environments.
After five days of intensive training, the participants had the opportunity to connect and strengthen their relationships at a reception hosted by NCSA.
