On 30 July 2025, AJCCBC, in partnership with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) through the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST), hosted a Capture-the-Flag (CTF) competition for Female Youth to promote women’s engagement in cybersecurity and offer hands-on experience in CTF challenges.
After a thorough review, we are thrilled to congratulate the top five outstanding participants out of 218 for their exceptional performance:

These talented individuals, along with other high-performing participants, will move on to the next stage of selection for Team ASEAN, which will represent the region at the International Cybersecurity Challenge (ICC) 2025 in Japan.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this competition possible. Special appreciation goes to Captain Sirinate Rugvong, Special Expert, NCSA, for delivering the opening remarks to welcome participants, and to Ms. Elisabeth Stingelin, Political Advisor, FDFA, for giving the closing speech that concluded the event with inspiration and encouragement.
A big shoutout to all participants for their dedication, effort, and sportsmanship throughout the competition. You’re the future of cybersecurity!
We’re proud to continue supporting cybersecurity capacity building and creating opportunities for the next generation of defenders.
