We have got our champions!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined the ASEAN Capture-The-Flag (CTF) Open, held on 16 August 2025. With over 400 participants from across ASEAN, the competition aimed to inspire the next generation of cyber enthusiasts and select members for Team ASEAN, who will represent the region at the International Cybersecurity Challenge (ICC) 2025 in Japan.
After close investigation of the results, we’re excited to congratulate the top three players on their outstanding performance:
1. Masamune – Vietnam
2. Peter_clowncs – Vietnam
3. Thuong Son Tung – Vietnam
These top players, together with high performers from other ASEAN countries, will advance to the next qualification rounds.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who made this competition possible, especially the ASEAN cybersecurity communities that took part in the development of challenges.
A special thank-you goes to AVM Amorn Chomchoey, the Secretary General of the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) of Thailand, for graciously delivering the opening remarks to welcome participants.
To all participants: your dedication, effort, and sportsmanship were truly inspiring. You are the future of cybersecurity!
