The 41st AJCCBC Cybersecurity Technical Training

AJCCBC successfully concluded another week of learning, collaboration, and cybersecurity engagement in Bangkok, Thailand.

Held from 2–6 February 2026, the 41st AJCCBC Technical Cybersecurity Training focused on the Cyber Defense Exercise with Recurrence (CYDER) and Network Forensics.

Over the five-day program, 20 cybersecurity professionals from across ASEAN enhanced their technical capabilities, exchanged knowledge, and took part in hands-on exercises addressing complex network security incidents.

We were pleased to welcome Captain Sirinate Rugvong, Senior Advisor at the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA), who delivered the opening and closing remarks, highlighting the importance of regional cooperation and the growing demand for advanced cybersecurity expertise.

The closing ceremony also featured participation from the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), represented by Mr. Sakuda Yoshihiro, Director of the Asian Center, and Dr. Satoh Hironobu, Research Manager. NICT continues to play a key role in developing core training programs, including CYDER and Network Forensics, under the current capacity-building initiative.

The week concluded with a networking session hosted by NCSA and chaired by AVM Amorn Chomchoey, Secretary General of NCSA, providing participants with an opportunity to build connections and strengthen future regional collaboration.
